Licensed Massage Therapist
Amy has over 28 years of experience and specializes in Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, reflexology,
structural integration, and myofascial release. She uses a variety of tools to assist with her massages including cupping, hot stones and stretching.
Gretchen Anderson
Licensed Massage Therapist
Gretchen started her career in massage in Ashland, Oregon in 2023. She is trained in Swedish/relaxation, myofascial release, prenatal, range of motion, accident and injury, and aromatherapy.
